Plant - Based Nutrition has saved my life over 4 - 1/2 years ago. In a months time I know longer had high blood pressure, my cholesterol dropped 100 points and today it's perfect, and I am no longer diabetic. I also no longer have allergies of any kind. It has truly changed my life. Therefore, I am on a journey to help others to do the same.

What is Plant-Based Nutrition?

A plant-based diet or a plant-rich diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of plant-based foods. Plant-based foods are foods derived from plants with no animal-source foods or artificial ingredients.
